Titanfall 1 Pilot Helmet — Handmade Airsoft & Cosplay Helmet

A hand-formed, wearable helmet inspired by the Titanfall universe — built for airsoft, strikeball, cosplay conventions, and display. The shell is shaped and finished by hand with battle-worn weathering, so no two helmets are perfectly identical.

Made from a durable composite plastic shell, sized to fit heads roughly 56–62 cm in circumference. Custom requests are welcome — color schemes, weathering intensity, battle damage, and squad markings can all be adjusted before we start building.

Production & shipping: Made to order — 3 days to build, then shipped via FedEx (10–14 days to Europe or the US, same timeline for both).
