IMPORTANT! NOT 3D printed. This helmet is handmade using a layered casting process with durable plastic poured into molds to achieve the required thickness and strength for airsoft and strikeball. Material hardness: approximately 80D.

The visor features dual-layer protection with a steel mesh layer and protective plastic lens.

Inspired by the iconic Ranger armor, this helmet features a black combat shell, riveted armor plates, raised jaw guard with ventilation detail, hand-painted Ranger insignia and "SPARTA" stenciling across the crown — reimagined here in a weathered desert tan colorway with a hand-painted scorpion emblem. The finish is deliberately weathered to give the helmet the look of equipment that has actually survived the Metro.

Every helmet is individually made, painted and weathered by hand. You are not getting a generic factory prop — you are getting a one-of-a-kind handmade helmet with its own character, details and weathering.

The shell is made from durable hand-formed plastic and designed to be comfortable enough for extended wear. For airsoft and strikeball use, the helmet features a dual-layer eye protection system with a flexible lens and heavy-duty steel mesh. Please always follow the safety rules of your airsoft/strikeball field and verify that the helmet meets their specific requirements before playing.
